Rotational jacks

Rotational jacks are very good way to boost your workout session. Keeping your arms straight and head stationary hinge forward at the hips and rotate your torso so that your right hand touches the ground. Then gain come back to starting position and jump your feet together. Now jump your feet back out, hinge forward again and rotate left, touching hand to ground. Do 12-13 reps for 3 sets. Pushups

Push up is a very popular exercise. It is a very good exercise for your upper body strength. But also it works on core and lower body. It helps to provide stabilization. Start this exercise in plank position Your shoulders must be rotated back and down too. Keeping your back straight, lowering your body by bending your elbows.  Lower down until your chest grazes the floor. Then push your body back to starting position. Repeat 10-13 reps for 3 sets.
